高低溫沖擊(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)保溫材料采用超細(xi)玻(bo)璃(li)纖維,低溫箱(xiang)保溫材料采用聚氨酯發泡、石棉板及超細(xi)玻(bo)璃(li)纖維,保溫效(xiao)果良好,試(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)外表面(mian)不結霜,不凝露,低溫箱(xiang)底部有(you)冷(leng)凝水排水口,冷(leng)熱沖擊(ji)箱(xiang)箱(xiang)體上有(you)1個(ge)φ25測試(shi)孔。
三槽式冷(leng)熱(re)沖擊試(shi)驗箱高低(di)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)循環均采用逆卡若循環,該循環由兩個(ge)等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)(he)兩個(ge)絕熱(re)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)組成。過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)如(ru)下(xia):制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)經(jing)壓縮(suo)機絕熱(re)壓縮(suo)到較高的壓力(li),消耗了(le)功(gong)使(shi)(shi)排(pai)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)升高,之后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)經(jing)冷(leng)凝器等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)地和(he)(he)四(si)周(zhou)介質進行熱(re)交(jiao)換,將熱(re)量傳(chuan)給(gei)四(si)周(zhou)介質。后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)經(jing)閥絕熱(re)膨脹(zhang)做功(gong),這時制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)降低(di)。最(zui)后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)通(tong)過(guo)蒸發器等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)地從溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)較高的物體(ti)吸(xi)熱(re),使(shi)(shi)被(bei)冷(leng)卻物體(ti)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)降低(di)。此循環周(zhou)而(er)復始從而(er)達到降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)之目(mu)的。
蓄(xu)電(dian)池冷(leng)熱沖擊試驗箱高(gao)(gao)低(di)制冷(leng)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)均(jun)采用逆(ni)卡(ka)若(ruo)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan),該循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)由兩個(ge)等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)(guo)程和(he)兩個(ge)絕(jue)(jue)熱過(guo)(guo)程組成。過(guo)(guo)程如下:制冷(leng)劑經(jing)(jing)壓(ya)縮(suo)機絕(jue)(jue)熱壓(ya)縮(suo)到較高(gao)(gao)的(de)壓(ya)力(li),消耗了功(gong)使排氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)升高(gao)(gao),之后(hou)制冷(leng)劑經(jing)(jing)冷(leng)凝器(qi)等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)地和(he)四周介(jie)質(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)熱交換(huan),將熱量傳給四周介(jie)質(zhi)。后(hou)制冷(leng)劑經(jing)(jing)閥絕(jue)(jue)熱膨脹做功(gong),這時(shi)制冷(leng)劑溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)降(jiang)低(di)。最后(hou)制冷(leng)劑通過(guo)(guo)蒸發器(qi)等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)地從溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)較高(gao)(gao)的(de)物(wu)體(ti)吸熱,使被冷(leng)卻物(wu)體(ti)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)降(jiang)低(di)。此循(xun)(xun)環(huan)(huan)周而(er)復始(shi)從而(er)達到降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)之目的(de)。
